3. Mandatory Legal Declarations

I hereby declare that I am an adult over the age of 18 years. I agree that any cannabis or cannabis products received through the club are strictly for my own personal private consumption. I explicitly agree that I will not sell, trade, distribute, or deal cannabis shared with me to any third party. I acknowledge that this club is a private, member-only space and agree to respect and protect the privacy of all members. I agree to abide by the club’s Constitution, Code of Conduct, and internal rules.

4. Mandate and Ceding Agreement

I hereby mandate the Club to utilize an allocated portion of its private infrastructure to cultivate, process, and store cannabis on my explicit instruction and on my behalf. I agree to pay monthly or annual membership contributions to cover operational costs, cultivation expenses, and club maintenance. I acknowledge this is a non-profit collective and not a commercial retail purchase.
